Where do you ship?
We’re proud to serve families worldwide! However, we’re currently unable to ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 day delivery via DHL or FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 day delivery via EMS
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our Oklahoma City headquarters. You can use this tracking number with the carrier’s website to follow your package’s journey to you.
What if my package is delayed?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want your family to be completely happy with your coordinated outfits! You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and which items you’d like to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
