At Family Dressing, we want every member of your family to look and feel their best in our coordinated outfits. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or nightwear unless the items are defective or incorrect. All other clothing items (including baby clothes, dresses, pants, and kids’ wear) may be returned or exchanged.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include all tags, and place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item as soon as possible using your preferred shipping method. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returning items
- We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars and may be subject to currency conversion fees
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
