Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

1. Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx)

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping (via EMS)

  • Available on orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

We want every member of your family to look and feel their best in our coordinated outfits. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or nightwear unless the items are defective or incorrect.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include all tags, and place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility):

  • Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item as soon as possible using your preferred shipping method. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item).
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returning items
  • We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars and may be subject to currency conversion fees

Damaged or Defective Items
